So, whats Kojic Acid Dipalmitate?
Kojic acid dipalmitate (KAD) is a derivate of kojic acid which is popularly used due to the fact it doesn't diminish in substances after long periods, unlike typical kojic acid. Kojic Dipalmitate is an ester of Kojic Acid offering superior stability. Kojic Acid itself can be prone to instability with color-changes occurring over time, whereas Kojic Dipalmitate retains its stability for longer. It's more potent and lasts longer thereby giving you better results. It inhibits and prevents the formation of tyrosine, which is an amino acid that’s needed to produce melanin thereby giving a lightening effect.

Damaged and defective products
Product damage or shortfall must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt. Please email us if you believe that your items have been damaged or tampered with in any way. In order to expedite your enquiry, please send an image, video or other tangible proof of the damaged product to hello@crystalglow.co.uk
Cancellations
Please note we DO NOT accept cancellations. Processing is a very complicated process and we may not be able to stop your package from leaving our warehouse before seeing any cancellation emails. If we see your cancellation email in time, we will happily make the cancelation. This will incur a fine of up to £25.
