COVID 19 - Corona Virus Updates

UPDATE - As of 19th of April 2020 we are still operating at full capacity and all orders are being sent out within 12-48 hours. Couriers like Royal Mail & Hermes are having severe delays. Please expect your packages to arrive at least a week after despatch.

10 APRIL 2020

DELIVERY METHOD CHANGES

We will no longer be supporting standard delivery till further notice. All deliveries will have to be tracked. This is to reduce loss of packages during transit as we are seeing an increase in delays and parcels not being delivered.

This is 4 APRIL 2020 - UPDATE

Due to an even further increase in orders, processing time will now be 3-5 days to give our members of staff adequate time to rest and correctly fulfil orders durign this pandemic.

COUNTRIES WE CANNOT DELIVER TO DUE TO POST SUSPENSION

We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services. The number of countries that we can access is changing daily.

Most major export routes remain open and we continue to accept and process mail. Specifically, Royal Mail’s international services to the USA remain operational.

There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.

Please view countries at the bottom of this page which are on suspension so we cannot deliver. You can still make an order and your item will be delivered as soon as we are able to.

PRODUCTS AFFECTED

Liposomal Glutathione & Vitamin C - Packaging for 150ml is out of stock until mid April. Only 250ml will be available for purchase. 250ml may have 150ml labelling on bottle due to low supply of labels.

S Acetyl Glutathione Powder - Current delivery date from supplier is 28 - April - 2020. We advice making a preorder due to low availability. - NOW BACK IN STOCK as of 6 April 2020

We are still operational and we are sending all orders. We are experiencing an unprecedented increase in orders and we are working hard to ensure all deliveries are dispatched as quickly as possible but there may be slight delay in you receiving your order. Current processing time is between 24-72 hours.
