How it Works
The CG Skincare LED Mask is designed for facial beautification, uses natural light waves, which are transmitted by LEDs into the skin. The light activates photoreceptors in skin cells, producing energy for absorption by skin components, to beautify your complexion, reduce fine lines and create youthful looking skin.

What colour LED do I need?
Red - Brightening:Red light works to soothe inflammation and redness. Intensifying the colour with the remote will penetrate the skin further to prompt cellular repair and circulation, resulting in a plumper, more brighter, vibrant complexion.
Blue - Acne:This antibacterial light is used to kill the bacteria that leads to breakouts, making it ideal for treating acne-prone skin. Blue light also helps purify the skin and regulate oil glands.
Yellow - Radiance:Less common in at-home devices, this shade works to revitalise the skin, reducing any swelling and increasing radiance.
Infrared/White - Deep Skin Brightening:Invisible to the naked eye, this light penetrates deeper than any other colour in the spectrum. It combats the signs of ageing by replenishing dermal and epidermal cells, stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin, and speeds up the recovery process.
How to Use
The CG Skincare LED Mask comes with a remote for you to adjust intensity & time.
Use for about 20 minutes each day and results can be seen in just 4-8 weeks.
Follow with a serum and/or moisturiser of your choice.
Directions for Use
Plug the USB connector at the end of the wire of your LED MASK.
Clean your face ,wait till it dries. This makes it easier for light to penetrate your skin.
Put on your Mask . Make sure that you wear it comfortably.
Turn on your Mask and you will see tinge of red light covering the whole mask. Note: the light is at low-level intensity. You should close your eyes and just relax
Keep your LED Mask close to your facial skin. You can also change different colours with the remote based on skin problem.
At CG Skincare, we hope you enjoy your products. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may send back your unused product(s) within 14 days alongside your original receipt so that we can process a refund for you. Unfortunately, we aren't able to exchange products. Returned items must reach us in their original condition, including inner and outer packaging if applicable. Regretfully, we cannot refund or replace any used items unless they are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will not include the delivery or packaging fees incurred from returning your goods to us. Only items purchased through www.crystalglow.co.uk may be returned. We do not handle returns your order was placed at a third party seller.
You are responsible for ensuring that your returned order reaches us. We recommend opting for tracking or insuring your package prior to delivery. We cannot be held responsible if your returned order does not reach us within the allotted 7-day window.

Damaged and defective products
Product damage or shortfall must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt. Please email us if you believe that your items have been damaged or tampered with in any way. In order to expedite your enquiry, please send an image, video or other tangible proof of the damaged product to hello@crystalglow.co.uk
Cancellations
Please note we DO NOT accept cancellations. Processing is a very complicated process and we may not be able to stop your package from leaving our warehouse before seeing any cancellation emails. If we see your cancellation email in time, we will happily make the cancelation. This will incur a fine of up to £25.
